TRAINING

The Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge, in partnership with Desert Run Club, will host three training runs at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway this summer.

Dates and times are:
Saturday, August 23, 2025 - 5:30AM
Saturday, September 6, 2025 - 6:00AM
Saturday, September 27, 2025 - 6:00AM

Training runs will start at the Palm Springs Visitor Center, 2901 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262. There is limited parking at the Visitor Center; if full, there is street parking on Hwy 111 south of Tram Way.

This is an inclusive, fun training event for runners and walkers of all levels. Go up the hill a short ways or make it all the way to the Tram. It's just about getting out there and having fun.

Race Director Matt will be there to answer any questions on the race, help with training tips, and have some goodies to hand out.
